Marnie Jorenby spends her summer in Japan, in an attempt to help with reconstruction after the earthquake. At the same time, she is teaching English at Kobe Jogakuin High School, in a totally different part of the country. Her boys are to arrive in June and spend the second two of three months with her.
Hi! I came across your blog when trying to research more about Kobe College. I've read some of your posts about the help you provided after the Tsunami in Japan. I think it's great that you spent so much time providing relief. :)
Anyhow, I am having a hard time finding information on what it's like teaching at Kobe College Jr./Sr. High School. How did you like teaching? Did you team teach with another teacher? What was your housing like? Did you have roommates?
